Yambio Football Association Releases Women’s South Sudan Cup Fixtures

The Yambio Football Association has released new fixtures for the ongoing Women’s South Sudan Cup 2025/2026.

The postponed match between Al Wehida FC (Women) and Cobra FC (Women) will be played on Monday, 20th October 2025, at 3:00 PM in Freedom Square, Yambio

Quarterfinal matches are set for 27th and 28th October, featuring teams such as Nile City FC, United Rollers FC, Queen Stars FC, Villa United FC, and Rhino FC.

According to the Secretary of Yambio Football Association Olal Joseph Onorio, Super Eagle Women and Mukongo United Women currently stand as potential best losers, with a final decision to be made after the Al Wehida game.

Committee Chairperson Love Theo urged teams to remain disciplined and committed, saying the tournament aims to promote women’s football and unity in the state.

"Practice Hard, Play Strong, Love the Game,” reads the association’s motto.
